1 General Terms

jpya9 (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we" or "us") is an online entertainment betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jpya9 website and all related services.

By creating or continuing to use an account on our platform, you will be considered to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, jpya9's decision shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. If it is established that an account has been operated by a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide the following truthful and accurate information:

• Correct date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile number (linked to bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay)
• Current residential address

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence. If multiple accounts are found under the same device, IP address, payment method or identity, all accounts will be closed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Your Information

If any of your registration details change (such as your mobile number or email), update them in your account settings as soon as possible or inform our support team. jpya9 will not be responsible for any issues with account verification caused by outdated information.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and transparency, jpya9 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

jpya9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on jpya9 via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).

jpya9 reserves the right to decline or refund any deposit, particularly where suspicious activity or the risk of fraud is detected.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as the one used to make your deposit.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• All wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fulfilled
• There must be no active investigation on the account
• The account must not be suspended or restricted

4.3 Currency

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn a ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

The jpya9 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity and loyalty on the platform. Cashback is paid every Monday and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Policy

General terms applicable to bonuses:

• A bonus may be claimed only once (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash (they are for betting use only)
• All bonuses may have an expiry date
• jpya9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Sports betting (cricket, ice hockey, football, kabaddi, etc.) and casino games (slots, fishing games, live casino, etc.) are available on jpya9. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which are described in detail on the relevant page.

6.2 Cancellations and Refunds

A bet may be cancelled and the stake amount refunded in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is officially cancelled
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If there is an issue with the game provider's server
• In other cases at jpya9's discretion

6.3 Game Results

The results of all casino games are determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). jpya9 does not interfere with game results.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jpya9:

• Using bots, scripts or automated software
• Using funds linked to corruption or money laundering
• Coordinating bets with other users or engaging in match fixing
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Harassing or defrauding other users

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, fulfil all active bonus conditions and withdraw your available balance. Notify our support team to request account closure.
